Ms. Park additionally develops her practice in estate planning, tax planning, and probate in an efficient and effective way.
Prior to her current practice, Ms. Park advised global business transactions as an in-house foreign legal counsel for Korea Telecom Corporation in Seoul, Republic of Korea. During the three years at Korea Telecom, she acquired a proven ability to negotiate, draft, and manage the implementation of sophisticated agreements for cross-border deals and analyze intricate legal and factual issues. She handled a variety of commercial transactions, such as broadband network construction and internet protocol transit service, and worked on investment projects, including the establishment of joint ventures and strategic alliances with foreign governments in underdeveloped countries.
In her free time, she likes to watch movies, hop between local fancy restaurants, go hiking, read books about wealth management, philosophy, art/design, etc., and try to make new dishes. Ms. Park lives with her parents in the suburbs of Seattle, Washington.
